ABOUT:

We help you save lives.

A partnership that supports every kind of health care worker.

Your work in health care is challenging, and the demand never lets up. On top of that, it’s vital that you, your staff and your students stay on top of education and training – especially when it comes to reducing infection risks.

Oregon Project Firstline is a partnership created to help you.

Oregon Health Authority has joined with the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state health agencies around the country to provide high-quality, relevant, free resources to help you recognize and reduce infection risks.

Developed by health care professionals for their peers, these resources recognize that everyone in the health care setting is fighting a battle against germs and infectious disease. That’s true whether you work at the reception desk, in a dental or medical exam room, or cleaning a medical clinic.

We’re on the same team.

We may start in different places in terms of our training and educational background. But we all share the responsibility to keep our skills fresh, so we can protect ourselves, our patients and our communities.

When we do, we save lives.
